Terrorism refers to the acts which are intentionally planned and acted upon for threatening the citizens. This is most of the time, deliberately targeted to spread fear in people living in a country.

United States is a country where people from different backgrounds are well settled, which has raised a question for Americans that, “who is the actual citizen?” Being covered in U.S citizenship, they can create violence and domestic terrorism in the country. Thus people living there have become really anxious for their lives because of unusual terror attacks. The common form of terrorism is the act performed by Governments to achieve their political objectives like forcing communities to vote their party, is called political terrorism. Political parties, in order to save their position and authority, compel people through criminal behaviors. Protestation is usually made against any person, property, government and other sectors which do not go in the favor of their social or political objectives. When Protestants aim to achieve a collective or individual gain, this is called non-political terrorism.

 
According to FBI’S terrorist research and analytical center report, it has been identified that terrorists in U.S. have been clustered in different groups with different objectives. They are basically divided into six major categories, Puerto Rican nationalists, left-wing terrorist, right wing terrorists, Jewish extremists, international terrorists and special interest terrorists.
Puerto Rican nationalists were active in bombings and assassinations during early 1980s for the purpose of gaining (for) political status. Second group was of Jewish extremists, they were basically two groups; Jewish defense league and United Jewish Underground, the purpose was to protect Jews rights, and they hurt the citizens by releasing tear gas grenade in New York’s metropolitan opera house. Left wing group was consisted of leftist group movement with the purpose of destructing Americans imperialism and capitalism through well planned bombings and bank robberies. And right Wing embraced the concept of “white supremacy” in which white people were given superiority among other ethnicities. Before American civil war and reconstruction, white supremacy explicitly; African Americans were prevailing in U.S, their objective was to spoil citizens through bombings for their political reasons. International terrorism was consisted of out of boundary’s groups, who were responsible for violent acts intended to threaten civilian population like Al- Qaeda, Palestinian Hamas, the Irish Republican Army, the Egyptian Al-Gama Al-Islamiyya, and the Lebanese Hizballah; they threaten citizen through influencing Government rules and regulations.

In the long history of terrorism in U.S, Palestinian terrorism attack took place in September 13, 1993, in which 53 Americans were murdered and 83 got injured. Furthermore, one of the most popular incidents is the event of 9/11 in which the aircraft hit World Trade Centre, this event cannot be forgotten ever; in which more than 3000 naive citizens died and caused an enormous loss to U.S. Middle East terrorist has also played a trepidation role in American’s terrorism victims’ story, massive number of Americans has been killed by them.

It is the duty of government to be ethical and legal to its citizen, do not get involved in terrorism and obviously do not let others destroy their nation.
